SY-OW expansive agent for oil well mortar

The SY-OW expansive agent is crystal expansive agent to compensate the shrinkage of the oil well mortar. The chemical reaction between the active ingredient of the expansive agent and the hydration reaction product of the mortar in a limited space can generate crystal growth pressure and the size of the crystals become bigger as the reaction goes on. The volume expansion enhances the concrete interfacial bond strength, meanwhile, lowers the porosity and permeability of the concrete, and improves compressive strength and corrosion resistance.

Product Characters:

1. Low alkali, so there no alkali harm to concrete
2. Short expansion stability. There is usually no obvious expansion after 14 days, so no effect on strength of later phrase.
3. Bring about self-stress value between 0.2-0.7Mpan to prevent the shrinkage cracking by compensating the concrete shrinkage.
4. Improve the impermeability and corrosion resistance. The setting time is shorter and the slump loss is faster compare to concrete without the expansive agent.
5. The dosage is 6-10%, and the high-performance expansion can achieve satisfactory construction effect.

Storage and Transportation:

1. Packed: 25Kg/bag, 1 ton per pallet.
2. The product should be placed in the dry place, and handle it gently preventing damage and damp, and the stack amount should not be exceeded for 10 bags.
3. The product’s quality guarantee period is 6 months in the sealed situation, and the product should not be retested and ensure its quality before utilization unless exceeding the quality guarantee period.
