OIL PALM PLANTATION

My name is Sylvester Onwuchekwa and I am the C.E.O. of S.N.C. Eagle Heights Limited, in Accra- Ghana.
A very large oil palm plantation is being offered for sale in Ghana. The details of the plantation are as follows:

The plantation covers a total area of 5257 Acres of land. Of this area, 1,100 is cultivated with oil palm trees. Of the 1,100 Acres of oil palm trees planted, 846 Acres of oil palm trees are presenting fruiting.

The offer is for a large palm plantation of a total of 5257 Acres. Of this land area, 1,100 Acres have been cultivated with palm trees. Of the 1100 acres already populated with palm trees, 846 Acres of palm trees are presently fruiting.

The plantation, (including the cultivated and uncultivated areas, are jointly owned by the investors (70%) and the traditional natives and chiefs of the area who on their part own 30% of the concession.

The investors represented are offering the plantation (cultivated and uncultivated) at the following prices;

* Annual Lease: US$200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars)
* Outright Sale: US$2,500,000.00 (Two Million, Five hundred Thousand United States Dollars)

Note: Only the 70% shares owned by the investors are being offered for sale. The native chiefs will retain ownership of 30% of the plantation.
