Orient and Bell provides customers across the country easy access to products manufactured from three modern and integrated plants spread across three different parts of India – North (Sikandarabad), South (Hoskote – Bangalore) and West (Dora – Vadodra). This large production capacity of close to 30 million square meters of tiles from the three plants together gives our customers the ease of buying tiles anywhere in the country in any quantity at short notice.

Orient Bell Tiles are available through more than 4000 retailers spread all across the country with offices/stock-points at most of the state capitals and a large team of sales personnel to serve the customers promptly. At OBL new product design, development and introduction is a continuous process. We have a design office in Spain where the latest design techniques are used by the experienced team of Spanish designers.

We are pleased and proud to announce the introduction of 3 major innovative Patent Pending technological breakthroughs called Forever Tiles (FT), GermFree Tiles (GFT) & Cool Tiles.

Forever Tiles are Floor Tiles with 40% higher resistance to abrasion compared to any other product in the market which means that the tiles will last a long time with no signs of wear and tear. This will result in floors that look good forever. This also means that high traffic areas now have the appropriate and effective material for floor covering, with no need to do up flooring at short intervals. The tiles have been tested at an independent Italian test laboratory.

GermFree Tiles have a special glaze composition which while being completely harmless to humans, have superior Anti Microbial properties that they keep away dangerous and life-threatening bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus to the extent of 99.93% and Escherichia coli to the extent of 99.62 %. Orient Bell GermFree Tiles will keep you and your family healthy, happy and in perfect harmony.

Cool Tiles have the highest Solar Reflective Index (SRI) which reflects maximum heat away from the tile. These tiles for roof applications contribute to a coller building environment by reflecting away most of the heat instead of allowing it to penetrate past the roof.

OBL has the maximum number of Digital Printers of any manufacturer in India. This is a successful and tested technology that has taken Europe by storm over the last decade.

Cost effective, error-free and high aesthetic quality of prints on tiles will ultimately lead to savings in terms of consumable properties and wastage. This technology allows the manufacturer to print extremely fine designs at high speed, with consistency in print quality and with an error-free finish.

On account of elimination of screens, rollers, equipment for engraving and other consumables that were used in the prior analog system of printing, the company shall be able to produce high aesthetic finish digital tiles at high speed and with a control on exorbitant costs, also on account of controlled use of pigments and glazes.

Entire digital printing is on CMYK color process. All Four CMYK colors – C (cyan), M (magenta), Y (yellow), and K (black) are used together in various proportions to create any image on screen, which real look to the image. In tradition screen printing process of tiles, for every color requires one screen each. So in traditional printing process of tiles, the number of colors gets limited.

The technology is environmentally friendly. The digital press produces only two or three pages of waste between jobs. Typically, traditional printing presses waste hundreds of sheets at the start of every job. Another benefit is that toxic solvents are not required in the process as they can be on traditional presses.

The advantage to the customer is now the availability of great looking prints and finishes on the tile, resembling marble, natural stones and wooden finishes. This gives the customer the freedom to choose from a wide range of surface looks to match different décor items for living and working spaces.

With an initial focus on elevation tiles of interesting sizes such as 9â€x18†and 12â€x24â€, the company plans to take this technology further to other cladding applications and sizes too. Now the customer can get tiles that also have great pictures and images on them.

Validated our efforts, TUV Nord (Germany) has granted us 21,000 Carbon Credits for our project 'Fuel Switching and Other Measures of Waste Heat in Industrial Complex at Orient'. We have also gained carbon Credits through Voluntary Carbon Standards (VCS) by saving GHG (Green House Gases) emission.
