SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces should be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and other loose contamination materials.

MIXING FATIO

1.Increase mortar bond strength: one bag of mortar +(3~5) kg of additive and a suitable amount

of water for easy workability.

2.Increase NIC-C1 bond strength: 5kg powder+(0.6-1.3)kg NIC-C3 and a suitable amount of water

for easy Workability.

3.Surface roughen: 1.0~1.2kg Nic-C1(powder) +1kg NIC-A3.

4.Render mortar: approx.2.5kg of NIC-A3 require per 50kgs of cement mortar.

APPLICATION

1.Same application as NIC-C1 when tiling different tiles of stones.

2.Render mortar: stirring the mixture as the above mixing ratio with

cement and sand before application.

3.Surface roughen.

A: The surface with high water absorption must be wetted before

application.

Then spread the mixture on the surface for no more than 1.5mm thickness.

Commence tiling after the mixture dries;

B: The surface with low water absorption does not required to be wetted

before application.

4.New tiles can be fixed directly onto the old tiles.

For surface roughen: NIC-C1 plus NIC-C3

Same application as NIC-C1 after the mixture dries.

Can also mix with NIC-C1 for fixing new tiles or stones rightly onto the old tiles.

PRECAUTIONS

1.Wet adhesive on the surface of the tile must be cleaned up with clean water before adhesive dries.

2.Do not use NIC-A3 with the temperature above 40 below 5.

3.Remove the loose old tiles prior to application.

SHELF LIFE

Unopened containers can be stored for up toa year in an elevated, cool dry environment.
