The granite cubes "5x5x5 and 10x10x10" satisfy the following conditions:
a) the stone is granite tough, homogeneous, uniform gray color, fine-grained tight and the sound of the hammer blow.

b) has substantially straight edges and squared.
c) has at least two flat sides and desempenadas.
d) has the dimensions of 0:10 * 0:10 * 0:10 m (0.01 m with a tolerance of less and to 0.02 m or more) or 0.05 * 0.05 * 0.05 m, depending on whether the paving bays parking and / or roadway, or walks respectively.

1 - OPENING OF "BOX"
Will carry pre-opening box with the depth from 0.37 m to be regularized and compressed properly by means of a mechanical compactor. The case must stand on a surface parallel to the floor that will provide after completed and will therefore have an identical cross slope (3%).

2 - LAYER BASE
Is applied a layer of material of large particle size 0-40 mm with a thickness of 0.20 m, once compressed and regulated by means of a mechanical compactor.

3 - CUSHION SAND
Will be spread over the base layer of a medium sand with 0.06 m thick, serve as a bed for laying granite cubes.

4 - SETTLEMENT OF CUBES
The laying of the cubes is performed by placing the stones in rectilinear rows of so that the joints of each row remain mismatched with those of adjacent rows.
Completed the settlement of the cubes will proceed to fill the joints with sand.
To that spreads a layer of sand with an average of about 0.02 m. Thickness on the sidewalk, forcing the penetration joints with the use of brooms.
Then it will make the compaction of the floor using a mechanical compressor, preferably vibrator.

Two-mica granite of medium grain and gray-blue,
showing scattered megacrysts of feldspar.

Granitic rock with granular texture hypidiomorphic pofiroidismo dispersed.
