Mini mobile foam concrete production unit driven by diesel engine - MasterMix 1.15 DCF

Excelent unit for remote areas without electrical power to produce CLC.

DESCRIPTIONS:

1.1 Mixer:

- Cylindrical form body drum made of steel plate of 6mm thick, diameter of 1.0m, at 1.5m long, giving empty volume of 1,17 cbm.

- Horizontal shaft with reverse direction ribbon blades, especially designed for foam concrete production to assure an uniform and fast mixing.

- Discharge gate: butterfly valve, diameter of 100mm, actuated manually by a handle, with manual brake to fix the opening at the desired position

- With large materials feeding gate for sand/fly-ash/ cement, with steel grate and cement bags tearing device, covered by steel lid.

- Water supply line: a flange is available for buyer to weld his inlet water pipe and fix it by bolts.

- Driven by diesel engine through a 7.5kW heavy duty gear box

- Max speed: 65 rpm

1.2 Diesel engine and drive train

- 4 cycles, one cylinder, water cooled diesel engine, Vikino brand, Model EV2400N, made in Vietnam with the Japanese technology (Kubota)

- Rated operation capacity : 17 HP; Max capacity : 22 Hp at 2200 rpm

- Fuel tank capacity of 16 litters

- Manual start

- Special manual clutch to release and engage the engine from the shaft of the mixer before and after start of the engine.

- The clutch is engaged and disengaged by a handle with 2 fixing positions located on the operation platform

- Special clutch box to drive the mixer and compressor through V-belts

1.2 Air Supply system:

- Air compressor head, piston type, 3 HP, made in Taiwan, driven by the above diesel engine through flywheel, and V-belt

- Air supply capacity: 350 litter/min, at max. set pressure of 7 Kgs/cm2.

- Equipped air gauge and safety valve

- Air tank of 120 litters, located under the staircase

- Supply compressed air to the Foam Generator FoamMaster I

1.3 Foam Generator:

- Light and compact foam generator, famous model FoamMaster I

- Capacity max 200l/min

- Installed on a steel base support at the gear box

- Can be removed from its support for mobile jobs if necessary

- The spray lance is fixed on the mixer body for supply the foam directly inside the mixer

- Suction line is made available for drawing the foaming solution from a tank located on the platform.

1.4 Support frame

- Made of strong welded steel, designed for placing on 2.5 t cargo truck

- Working platform made of steel plate

- Two stair steps for easy access to the mixer opening to feed the materials into the mixer

- With 4 lifting eyes at corners for lifting up the hole unit by crane
