Product introduction
Raw material is stainless steel ingot. Melt the ingot to 1500 ~ 1600 °C in the electric stove, and then approach the steel liquid from its surface with a high-speed rotating melt-extracting wheel, which is carved by much groove in accordance with the size requirement of steel fiber size requirement. When melt-extracting wheel comes down to the steel liquid surface, the steel liquid will be blew out by groove and be injected by high speed rotating centrifugal force to cooling and molding very rapidly. Thus melt-extracting wheel must be connected with water to keep cooling speed. This method could produce steel fiber of different materials and sizes according to customers’ requirements.

NAS430A is latest stainless steel in Japan. Almina content and melting point are both high. It is superior than other steel because of the protection of Al2O3membrane. | ||||||
Main advantages: Small heat shrinkable ratio, tiny distortion under rapid-cooling or rapid-heating environment, which is 2-3 times of that of other steel fiber. Its wear resistance (hardness) is over 1.5 times than that of other steel fiber. Acidification resistance and oxidative stability in high temperature: implemented for 500 cycles in repeated Oxidation test (1000 °C * 30 minutes heating, cooling for 10 minutes), the oxidation is just 0.5 mg/cm2. This means it has very strong oxidation resistance, which is 3-6 times of that of other fiber. |
