Sound-proofing

Melamine acoustic foam has fully three-dimensional grid structure. Its opening rate is high up to 99% or more. Thus, it can easily and effectively make sound waves into foam, and into the deep shock of the grid, and then be consumed and absorbed. The melamine foam can effectively eliminate the reflected wave.

It has passed the test by Acoustical Measuring & Testing Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Nanjing University.

Fire Retardant

Melamine acoustic foam can reach to the grades of GB/T8624-2006B,DIN5510 S4, B56853, UL94V-O without adding any flame-retardant media. When it meets fire, it can be decomposed and carbonized but not dropping. Its smoke density is less than 15.It is recommended as No.1 flame- retardant material in the public place on the book of “Fire Safety and Flame Retardant Technology in the public place”, which is mainly edited by China Public Security Department.

Heat Insulation

The structure of three dimensional meshes can block air convection of heat efficiently. Together with its special heat stability, it becomes the best soft heat insulation material which has no substitute.
