Coating:MAXELASTIC^®PAV

MAXELASTIC^®PAVis a waterproof coating specially formulated for waterproofing all types of roofs, that are going to be subjected to light traffic. It is supplied as a thyxotropic paste, with light aggregates and fibres, which once polymerised is transformed into a non-degradable elastomer, providing complete waterproofing.

APPLICATION FIELDS

• Waterproofing in a single product for all types of roofs and terraces subject to pedestrian or light vehicular traffic.

ADVANTAGES

• Very easy application, as if it were plastic paint. Does not require specialised labour, which means savings on cost and improvement on other traditional systems.

• It is light, unaltered by atmospheric agents and very resistant to UV radiation.

• It is a single component product. No mixing or dilution required.

• Does not require additional protection against pedestrian traffic.

• Great elasticity and perfect adhesion to every type of substrate. It forms a continuous coating that does not require joints, fills small cracks and penetrates into every pore.

• It adapts to the substrate movements by settling or thermal cycles.

• Performs perfectly between –15 ºC and + 100 ºC.

• Supplied in multiple colours, it can be left as decorative coating.
