Magicrete Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks

We, at Magicrete, are engaged in manufacturing of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks. Also referred to as Lightweight Concrete Blocks, it has been walling material of choice across Europe & Middle East. Our annual production capacity is over 1,50,000 m3. The production facility is located Surat (Gujarat, India) and have established a distribution network across India. We are vertically integrated (backward) through production of some of the inputs for AAC, and have thus achieved cheaper costs of production for AAC blocks.

ABOUT AAC BLOCKS:
AAC blocks are the construction material approved by LEED, US Green Building Council. Manufactured using recyclable material and taking up less energy in preparation and transportation, AAC blocks increase the energy rating of the construction building. ITC Green Center, India's only entry into LEED's list of platinum ranked building in the world, has used AAC completely for its construction.

usage of this material leads to benefits such as lower overall cost of construction, high Energy Rating of the building, lower energy requirement in operations, increased floor area, sound-proof rooms, highly durable construction, high earthquake-resistance, better finish and easier construction activity.

A proven technology since 70 years, AAC blocks today are the material of choice in European countries such as Germany (60% of new construction activity uses these blocks) and UK (40%) amongst other developed nations viz. Australia, Japan and Middle East.
