This land is situated 18km from Livingstone Town on the road to Kazungula on the way to Botswana and Namibia. The total area of land been 30 acres with 292 meters of stunning views of the mighty Zambezi River overlooking the National Park of Zimbabwe across the river.

Its currently under construction were 75% of building works are completed and further 7 are 60% completed. We also have 2 ablusion blocks and 2 kitchens which are 80% completed and a receiption area which is 60% completed as well as 2 staff houses which are 40% complete. We have major power line running 60 meters away from the boundary of the land.
