Introduction

Reliable and stable maintenance aac block making machine is produced out of a mix of cement, lime, fly ash, gangue, river sand and aluminium powder ect., through batching, mixing, casting ,cuttimg and autoclaving. AAC has the advantages of extremely light weight, high compressive strength, excellent thermal insulation, great scousitc insulation and high fire resistance. AAC can be produced in a large variety of sizes, from stand blocks to large reinforced panels, and it can be cut, sawn ,drilled ,nailed and milled like wood, making it an extremely workable product, AAC is environment-friendly and new building material.

Planning and Design

Factory covers an area of 25 acres or so.

There should be raw material area, finished block area and production area. Production process includes raw material disposal, rated material pouring, curing, cutting and steaming procedure.

From building foundation to equipments installing and testing, to trial producing, it will take 4-5 months.

Plant design: 2000 m2 or so.

Material:

1. Flyash: get dry ash from power plant

2. Cement: cement in bulk

3. Lime, gypsum and aluminum powder (buy in local area)

Water, electricity and steam supply:

1. Water supply: build a well or use waste water

2. Electricity supply: install a 315kv transformer

Including: consultation of facility, Equipment installation guide, constitution the production preparation, etc.
3.Providing the technical information of setting up factory
Including: part of the factory management system, all posts accountability of production line, process rules, safety rules, setting a quota of staff and posts, pre-production tools directory, laboratory instruments, product catalogs, and test methods.
