Laminated glass , also called sandwich glass, is made up by double or multi-layers float glass in which there is PVB film, pressed by hot press machine after which the air will come out and the rest air will be dissolved in PVB film. The PVB film can be transparent, tinted, silk printing, etc.

03-Product Features

Derivative product: smart glass, LED glass, bulletproof glass, wired glass, etc.

1. High security: the PVB film are strong and adhesive, when the glass break, the fragments will not drop since they have been stick strongly on the film.
2. Compared with other type glasses, laminated glass is shatter-proof, anti-burglary, bulletproof, anti-explosion.
3. Energy-saving. The interlayer film can reduce the solar radiation and avoid the energy loss, which can save the electricity of appliances.
4. Sound proof: The interlayer film can buffer the sound wave. But the sound proof effect is not as well as the hollow glass since it doesn’t have air space inside.
5. The interlayer film can prevent 99% ultraviolet rays, which will delay the furnitures and curtain fade
6. Luxury appearance: the interlayer has a lot of design and colors, which gives more choices for designers and customers.

Regular thickness: 6.38mm, 8.38mm, 10.38mm, 12.38mm, 16.38mm, 6.76mm, 8.76mm, 10.76mm, 12.76mm, 16.76mm, 20.76mm, 24.76mm.

PVB thickness: 0.38mm (one layer), big glass panel / thick glass panel we will suggest double or multi-layer PVB film.

Regular specifications: 4mm + 4mm, 5mm + 5mm, 6mm + 6mm, 8mm + 8mm

10-Instructions

1. Acid-stage type glass glue can not be used. It will corrode the inside layer.
2. Reserved 2mm to 4mm middle position for sealed silicon.
