Pressure Balance Valve Application

♣ Application

A pressure balance cartridge was designed to be adjusted incoming hot or cold water pressure and compensates for fluctuations to keep shower temperatures constant and comfortable.

♣Features

1. Passed the certificate of anti-scald standard ASSE 1016-2011 / ASME A112.1016-2011 / CSA B125.16-11.
2. Our balance valve has applied the patent of USA, China and Taiwan.
3. The outlet water of temperature of the pressure balance cartridge can be adjusted to non-exceeded 48.9°C (120°F) by Temp. Adjuster.
4. When the variation of the inlet cold or hot water pressure is 50%, the temperature variation of outlet water will not greater than ±2°C(±3.6°F) from the initial outlet set temperature to ensure shower safety and prevent hot burns.
5. When the cold water supply fails, the temperature of the outlet water still can be controlled under 48.9°C (120°F) and decrease the outlet flow rate to 1.9L/Min(0.5GPM) within 5 seconds.
