Description

JK-02NPis anaphthalene-based highly effective water reducing admixturesfor promoting accelerated early and ultimate strength development, commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS and FDN etc.

JK-02NP contains no chloride, non-corrosive to steel bars, non-poisonous, odorless, and non-flammable. It complies with ASTM Designation C494, Type F, ASTM C 1017, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003 etc.

• Produces the high slump flowing concrete with no loss in strength.
• Produces low water/cement ratio concrete with high strengths.
• Ideal for using in high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, precast steam curing concrete, prestressed concrete etc. where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation.
• Be used as basic material to produce others compound admixtures, (such as accelerating and water-reducing admixture, retarding and water-reducing admixture, pumping antifreeze and pumping water-reducing admixture, etc.)

Specifications

Dosage

0.5--1.5% by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates depends on the type of effect sought,quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mix.

JK--02NP can be added directly or added in after dissolved in water. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing(better). The after-mixing approach can achieve better results.
