2. A layer of 7mm thick Polyurethane Foam (PU) is attached on the NBR. The PU foam is environment-friendly material which could be degraded by itself. It has excellent sound-absorbing function due to its well proportioned inner open-cell cavity structure.

3. The surface is 3 mil thick methyl urethane (PPU). Its surface is covered with random lines and it has strong tensile properties. In addition, it is anti-dust, which makes the material very easy to be cleaned.
