Description:

Mixed with water is available. Avoid crack due to partial warmed, which reduce the working time of rail spike. Constriction at -10°C\ 14F is available. Applications:

How to Use?

No.	Steps	Tools	Requirements of Construction	Remarks
1	Take out the old rail spike	special tools	1. take out the old spike 2. Cleaning the hole of the rail spike.	It’s better to wet the hole with water
2	Set the shelf of anchorage	stick	put the shelf of anchorage into the hole
3	Mixing	Container\ spoon\ bucket	Mix 14-16% water with the anchoring agent, mix evenly	Add or reduce water according to situation
4	Grouting	spoon	Grouting the mixed anchoring agent into the hole from the middle of the shelf of anchorage. 2cm to the top of the hole it’s better.
5	Put the rail spike		Put the spike after grouting, make sure it’s vertical.	Make sure no oil stain on the spike
6	clean up	Stick	Remove the overflow material	Grouting again if the hole can not full enough
7	Fix the fastener	T- spanner	After anchoring (60 min), fix the fastener, screw down the nut with hand, after 120 min screw down the nut with T-spanner, 24hour screw down tightly as required
8	Change the new railroad		It will be available after 1 day curing.	It’s better to spray water after 1-3 days curing
