+ Construction density : 40% ( approximately 2400 m2/ Flr)

+ Outside wall cover density : ( approximately 2550 m2/ Flr)

+ Heigh : 33 Stories

+ Total construction floor area : 2250 x 33 flr = 84150 m2

+ Land use coefficient : 8415/6000 = 14 times

+ Cover area ( elevator, stair, lobby) : 20%

+ Area use available : 84150 m2x 80% = 67320 m2
