SUGGESTED USES

1) Use as a serving platter for moist foods such as sushi, fruit, vegetables and cheese.

2) Heat in hot oven (500° or broiling) for 30 minutes and then sear quick-cooking foods, such as seafood or thinly sliced vegetables.

3) Freeze the Tile for 2 hours, and then top with scoops of ice cream or sorbet.

4) Place on outdoor grill for a twist on regular grilling perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. Try grilled peaches or bananas, or seasoned Portobello mushrooms.

CARE AND CLEANING

1) After each use, simply wash with warm water and a soft brush. Pat dry with paper towel before placing on a drying rack. This removes a thin layer of salt from the Tile.
