1.Safety of supporting fake ceiling in thick seams slicing. The product adopts high-modulus and high strength long polyester fiber warp knitted and bundled
together as its body and then is coated with fire retarding and static conducting
material. It can be cut by the miner without producing sparks, so the mine fire
accidents and gas exploration can be prevented.
2.Light weight: the product is made of high modulus and high strength polyester
yarns, which is much lighter than metal mesh and steel-plastic supporting mesh
of the same size. And it is also very easy to transport and construct.
3.Stable chemical property: in the coal mine, the metal is vulnerable to corrosive
acid bases and other chemicals. The naked iron mesh rusts and corrodes easily.
However, the flame fire retardant and static-conducting coating of high strength
polyester mine grid is difficult to rust and age. So life span of the product can be
extended naturally, thus the potential accidents and production cost also can be
reduced.
4.The product is not easily to scratch those who work on the site. So it is easy to
construct and can improve work efficiency.
5.Mine grid is soft, tough, light and high tensile. And it only weighs 1KG per
square meter, while the metal mesh of the same size weighs 32KG. The mesh’s

used in other mine roadway projects, slop protection projects, underground
engineering projects and the anchoring and strengthening of road construction

and steel-plastic supporting mesh.

The product is made of high modulus and high strength long polyester yarn and coated with fire retarding and static conducting material which makes the product has the property of resisting acid bases and other chemicals. So its life span can be extended and the constriction safety can be improved. And the product also has the combined advantageous properties of PVC’s anti-corrosion and the high tensile strength of high modulus and high strength polyester yarn. Vertical and transverse cross points of the mesh are bundled by high strength fibers into high-low, shaped, uniform square grids, and forms firm modes, which give full play to its mechanical property.
