AKE Heat Meteris an energy meter used to calculate energy consumption for chilled water system.

It offers an accurate solution to measure individual energy consumption in virtually any liquid heating/cooling system.

It is also used to measure performance of energy saving systems or the loss of efficiency which isdirectly tied

to loss of revenue.

Working Principle

Heat Meter collects data from temperature sensor and flow meter, then based on Heat Exchange principle the system automatically integrates energy consumption and transfers it to PC. Energy consumption volume can be checked on Heat Meter with instantaneous temperature, flow rate and energy consumption shown on screen. Besides, you can check historical data by shape of bar chart on the Heat Meter.

4. 4-wires PT1000 temperature sensor to make sure the accuarcy;

5. Calculates and displays total cooling,heating consumption, shows real time data such temperature, flow rate, energy etc, besides it could be tracked historical data by day,month and year;

6. Shows histrorical data with bar chart, convenient to analyze and check;

7. Two flow rate signal input,Pulse mode 0-2000Hz and Current mode 4-20mA;

9. Can be auto setup small flowrate ignored;

10. Could be intergrated into AutoReading Meter system and BAS system.
