4. QUANTITY AVAILABLE: According to Client´s request and purchase & sale contract closed

5. MINIMUM LOT PER ORDER: One container or truckload

6. AVAILABILITY OF SAMPLES: Free bags with shipping charges to be paid by the Client

7. DELAY OF DELIVERY: In the following 15/20 working days after receipt / confirmation of payment instrument agreed with Client in the Contract of Sale and Purchase

8. CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY: FOB - Valencia (Spain) or CFR - ASWP

9. PRICES:

- Warehouse: 0.11 EUR / Kg - 2.75 EUR / bag

- CFR West/Central Africa: 0.22 EUR / Kg - 5.50 EUR / bag

10. SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION FOR EXPORT:

a. Boarding lading (B / L)

b. Commercial Invoice

c. Certificate of Origin

d. Packing List ("Packing List")

e. Inspection Certificate issued by some recognized Surveyor at the port of loading if the Customer asks for inspection (Inspection fees not included in price quoted)

11. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Bank transfer for the 50% once closed / confirmed order and 50% against presentation of export documents; or L/C confirmed, irrevocable, freely assignable and payable at sight for the value of each shipment done; or other payment method proposed by the Client to consider, discuss, and agree
