Introduction

GO YEN CHEMICAL (GYC) has developed new construction material instead of traditional cement to meet the demands. It doesn’t have to wait until 3 days to be effective, and can remain its advantages for cements. GGK-1109 also removes weight, maintenance time, crack…some defects and important fireproof, and heat resistant.

We also can use various waste of agriculture, such as rice, corn stalk, tea leaf, tree branches, leaf, palm leaf, coconut leaf, and the trunk of tree. Grind them into powder and water and stir rapidly and averagely, pour into mold for 10-20 minutes to solid.

The strength of 3 days can reach 2 to 3 times of cements one month and also have waterproof and fireproof ability. Its fireproof function can reach over 900°C, and can be applied on any kinds of green construction materials.

Advantage

Apply on various kinds of waste in agriculture toward environment-friendly material, such as fireproof door plank, heat resistant panel, layer of furniture, wood panel, plywood, wall panel, floor tile…etc.

It also can use special application due to rapid mold releasing, such as maintenance of culvert pipe, waste of nuclear, engineering of against wave raises, mudflow and landslides area.

GGK-1109 can be used interior and exterior by spray or spatula. GGK-1109 doesn’t have any shrinkage index and can stick firmly with any surface.

GGK-1109 non smoke/ toxic, fireproof, soundproof, antibacterial, anti-mildew, and impact resistance. Therefore it can use any kinds of mold industry, including luxury racing helmet, special re-equip car (ballet proof ) coloring depended on preference.

Function

• Soundproof: Increase sealing effect of wall and window. Thermal insulation has sound absorbent effects to be quiet environment avoid noise disturbing.
• Fireproof: Use fireproof and fire retard material to prevent spread of fire disaster.
• Hardness: Excellent appearance. Press strength is 2500 pounds per inched square. Long term using won’t be crack and out of shape
• Anti-quake: Use lot of waste of agriculture life material and decrease weight of construction.
• Environment-friendly: Use recycled waste and reduce pollution.

Processing Method

Step 1: Mix up GGK-1109 pack A with materials(rice, corn stalk, tea leaf, tree branches, leaf, palm leaf, coconut leaf, and the trunk of tree) the dosage can be adjust by the requirement of customers.

Step2: Use the powder above and mix up with pack B in the module. Wait 10-20 minutes than can be the hardener. Can add pack B to increase the adhesion.

NOTE:

GGK-1109: water = 4:1

Mixing averagely and then can be pouring or smearing.
