I am the owner of MB Vision ApS, a smaller architect company in Denmark.

I am also owner of app. 3.1 ha. of waterfront land in Vanuatu.

The land is currently listed locally priced at AUD 599.000 at two real estate agents. The listing price is based on valuations conducted by a local independent valuer.

I am looking for investing partners / developers , whom would be interested in a) buying the land with a high discount, with the purpose of keeping it listed and selling it when a buyers come by OR b) invest and build houses / bungalows/apartments on the land as a joint partnership or as owner.

Also a listing agreement with a foreign real estate agent would be a possibility.
