Gypsum Plaster

A-100 WALL PLASTER
o A-100 is a special formulated plaster to be used for taping and finishing wall board surface before final painting or decoration. Manufactured from high quality gypsum compound, A-100 gives a fine and smooth finish, as well as an easy application, finishing, sanding, and texturing.

USES :Disperse A-100 into clean water at water : powder ratio of 45 - 55:100 w/w and stir well. Before coating, the wall surface should be free of oil, dust, or debris. Recommended coating thickness is 1 - 3 mm. for finish coat with base coat substrate, and 10 - 20 mm without base coat. Leave the surface dry approx. 30 minutes to allow the coating to become slightly settled, then smooth the surface again if necessary. Alternatively, leave the surface to completely hardened and dry, then use sand paper to smooth the surface. After mixing with water, it must be used all within 1 hour.
