1.Application:

Put resin into glassfiber needle blanket then processed into sheet, can be used as the heat insulation and noisedamping material in buildings and air-conditioning pad, and works well.

After glassfiber needle blanket be pasted aluminum foil or plastic cement cloth, then processed into belt, can protect and work as the insulating material for hot and cold pipes and underground pipelines.

Glassfibre needle blanket can be used as high temperature, tension stress, fireproof and corrosion-resistant material, such as protection and heat insulation of car roof and hood, sound insulation of silencer. It can also meet the requirement of shipping, boiler and appliance industry.

Glassfiber needle blanket use E-glass fiber as raw material, after being cut into short sections in 8-10cm by fiber cutting machine, broken down into small felt by cotton carding machine, then put into needle machine, through thousands of special needle puncture and finally produced.

The main components of glassfibre needle blanket are silica, alumina and calcium oxide. It has good heat-resistant, tension stress, fireproof and corrosion-resistant ability. Its electrical insulation, sound absorption and heat insulation is also exceptional.
