Furnace is used for making the glass mosaic. As you may see in the picture, the melting liquid is falling down into the mould of mosaic.

After cooling, the melting liquid became the solid loose mosaic chips. The picture shows that the mosaic chips are collected by machine and then put into the baskets.

After that, the loose glass mosaic chips will be made into sheets by mesh-mounting or paper-mounting.

The glass mosaic could be used for making the mosaic murals and puzzles. Customized murals, puzzles, blends are available.
