customers' drawing

8%-12%

4. Quality control:

No pith, nopermitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain,but must

be smooth,sanded finish on all four-faces.

5. Dimension tolerance:

+/-o.5mm

6. Manufacture technique:

Via shape, machining, gesso, sanding, primer and packing etc.

7. Grade:

Allowing finger joint, laminating, knots and blue stain but less than 5% of surface area if

primer. Itdependson clients' requirement.

8. Primer:

White water based paints and oil etc.

9. Packing:

Standard packing e.g. pallet with kiln-dried wood, free of bark & dirt or as consumers' request.
