The composition of bronze 85.0% Copper (Cu) , 5.0% Tin (Sn) , 5.0% Zinc (Zn) , 5.0% Lead (Pb) . We also can customize statues from your design works.

Producing Process:

1. starting to make a full scale model by your drawings with detail features;

2. during working on the model we will send you finished photos for your suggestions to improve;

3.after confirmed the clay model we will cast the oulopholite molds or rubber molds for the parts of detail feature of sculpture by few more large pieces.

4. We will use traditional skill of sand casting and lost wax casting for sculptures.

5. After cast out small pieces we will weld them together by final confimred model photos.

6. Patina color can be bronze finish,profeessional car painting or any color can be selected by customer.
