FRP pultrusion deck posseses major properties of FRP pultrusion grating with an closed cover. But there are still some differences. The FRP pultrusion decks are formed by once pultrusion craft and have better integrity than FRP pultrusoin gratings. The decks are exempt from the second bonding of gratings and closed cover. So they have high impact resistance. Even in long-term use, delamination and falling off are impossible. FRP pultrusion decks are often used in the fields of petrochemical industry, textile printing and dyeing , food processing, electronics industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, power engineering, metal smelting, sewage treatment, transportation, water plant breeding, pulp and paper, shipbuilding, civil architecture etc. The concrete uses include operating platform, overhauling walkways, drilling platform, terrace, equipment aisle, trench cover, boat deck, board of cooling tower, bridge deck, roofing deck, floor structure.
