The FLOATING BUILDING BLOCKS are designed to support a variety of customizable combinations.

• The blocks id est chassis are pre-fabricated as a single unit of rotomoulded PE reinforced foam, with all required wall anchors, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems pre-installed. The blocks are shipped whole from factory to site, via standard containers (40 sqm or 440sqf in a 40inches container) or trucks.

• The blocks for house & buildings directlty on the ground or on concrete pads on which the chassis sits are constructed on-site, using local labor and conventional construction techniques.

• The prefabricated windows & interior finishes to be assembled on-site along with the installation of systems. This efficient approach integrates mass-production with customization & traditional site construction to lower costs, guarantee quality, and lower pollution impact.
