Fiberglass Wool Products

Glass wool is made by centrifuge system in high temperature melt-off, whose filament diameter is 6~8um, length is 3~8cm. This wool has low shot content and good flexibility. We can supply:

1.fiberglass wool blanket and board, which are made of glass wool with adding 7~11% binder in the countinuous production line. Density of glass wool blanket is 10 kg/m³~46 kg/m³,width is 1m~1.22m and length is 10m~30m/roll. For board, density is 32 kg/m³~96 kg/m³, size is 1.22m x 2.44m/pc (or can be cutted as per customers’ requirements). This glass wool blanket and board also can be coated with alu.foil,black tissue,white tissue,black fabric or PVC film on single side or both sides.

2. Fiberglass wool pipe section, which is made of glass wool with adding 8~11% binder by twice-mold pressing with high-temperature. We have exported it to the Middle East and South Asia already.

3.Fiberglass wool sealing parts, which we export to Syria regularly.

4.Fiberglass elasticity rings, which we process for our client from America.

5.We also can make special fiberglass wool board for decorative application, with high tensile strength and fire-proof. Density is 120 kg/m³~320kg/m³,thickness is 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm or 8mm, size is 1.2m~2.4m x 2.4m~12m/pc.
