CodeRight product from Northsawn Lumber comes with a 25 year limited transferable durability guarantee against decay and insect attack.

CodeRight Fascia are produced from NZ pine and treated H3.1 LOSP to provide a 25 year limited warranty. Only Number 1 grade qualifies to be sold under the Northsawn Lumber CodeRight brand, ensuring a top quality product to our customers.

We offer a custom profiling service to match any fascia profile required by our customers.

All fascia are delivered with a preprime oil base to provide protection from dimensional change and maintain product stability.

CodeRight Clears weatherboard is a solid weatherboard, clear on four sides and can be purchased as fully dressed, or with bandsawn face.

To meet building code requirements it is important the customer understands weatherboards require 3 quality coats of paint. CodeRight fascia will not have any resin bleed ensuring the customer of a quality finish.

This product should always be stored in dry conditions on a flat surface protected from direct sunlight until installation.
