MATERIALS:

1) upper: aluminum alloy(3000 / 5000 series) sheet with PVDF coating .
2) Core:non-toxic LDPE or fireproof material(B1/A2).
3) bottom: aluminium alloy sheet coated with primer.
4)Surface coating thickness:25~30 μm 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF
