Installation / Preparing the Surface :

The area where installation will done has to be clean,please clean all dust,rust and Grease on the surface. Defects on the surface can be clean by BAUMERK EPOX 310 epoxy repair mortar.

BAUMERK EPOX 220 Epoxy adhesive A and B mixed in low turn speed with the help of the mixer until it comes in homogenious consistency. Put epoxy adhesive on both two sides of expansion joint in 1/1,5mm thickness and 40/50mm width with the help of the Spatula or Spud. To have more splice strength roll epoxy adhesive on expansion joint with spatula or spud. Expansion tape cut in suitable sizes.Inset parts overlap and pasted with hot air gun.(overlap length 40/50mm)

Before first floor epoxy adhesive get dry paste expansion tape by using pressure.Second floor epoxy adhesive install after 1.floor get dry. Install second floor 1/1,5mm thickness and zeroize to the external part. During this time be careful of putting epoxy adhesive into the middle of the dilatation band. Do not move TPE FLEX expansion tape until epoxy adhesive get dry,Safeguard band against water and mechanic impacts. Adhesive dry time could be change according to the warm and cold weather conditions. If conditions are under +5°C do not make installation.

Store :

Must be storage in cool and dry conditions,do not put directly to the sun shine.Storage life is Min.10 years in suitable conditions.
