We have a long heat treatment case,which can made the slat as long as 8.2m.The heat treatment make the slats more hardness.

The powder coating is very important for shutters,as it is just like the clothes for people. We use Akesu powder as material. The color we have white,brown,cream,grey for choice. Any color on Ral Color chart can be made.

After powder coating,we will inspect all of the slats at a brightsome area to select the problem slats out. Even it is 0 sometimes. After that,the slats for material order will well packed for shipment. Finished shutter order slats will come to next step.

We will cut the slats in the length for your shutter,and assmble it with high strength end lock (pvc insert). The accurate cuting machine make our tolerance less than 1mm.

It makes our shutter work smooth and long life.

The shutters will packed in a plywood export case. It is environment friendly,no need stifling.
