EPS Mouldings - EPS Moulding

• EPS mouldings are made with high compressive strength polystyrene profile, reinforced with fiberglass mesh and coated with polymer-modified cement. They are finished by auto spraying the shaped EPS foam profile. The auto machine spraying technique ensures its stable technical items.

• They are light weight, easy to transport and install, and require short production period with high bearing capacity. The variety of shapes and designs meets the market requirement much better. • Installation of Decorative EPS Mouldings

• 1. Prepare the surface

• A.Both the wall surface and ambient temperature shall be a minimum of 5°C or higher

• B. The surface of the substrate and the surface of the mouldings shall be clean, dry, and free of grease, paint, oil or any foreign material.

• C. The surface of the substrate shall be level, plane and true.

• 2. Dry fit and/or cut on site the moulding as per the architectural drawings and existing structure.

• 3. Apply adhesive to the back of the moulding. You can use any construction adhesive for this purpose.

• 4. Press the moulding into place. You may need to use temporary mechanical fasteners to secure moulding while the adhesive cures.

• 5. Remove excess adhesive (if any) along the moulding before curing.

• 6. Apply Sealant at the joint between the moulding and substrate, and between the joined mouldings.

• 7. Allow the material to cure.

• 8. When joining two pieces, at the junction, leave a gap of not exceeding 6mm. Cover all joints with sealant.
