Equipment composition

CUMA-PSP tandem high foaming polystyrene sheet unit. Use of a common grade GPPS, add a secondary raw material (nucleating agents, lubricants, etc.)mixed by the first stage extruder melt, high-pressure pump into the foaming Agent,mixing entered the second stage extruder cooling and homogenizing,cooled extrusion die shape,into the different specifications of high foam sheet(PSP).For a one-time fast-food equipment manufacturing,made of hot-foaming and cutting fast food boxes,plates,bowls,etc.can be used for industrial products,packaging(with a moisture-proof,heat insulation,shock etc.),KD board,decorative plates,car roof,construction and decorative materials.
