Introduction

KS-906 is a kind of single aqueous environment friendly polymer coating that made up of acrylic ester and many polymer emulsions.

It is divided into two types according to its performance.

Construction points

The base: the base shall be solid, smooth, no water and no greasy dirt.

Detail treatment: treat as required if there is a design requirement, otherwise brush 2 times in the pipe root and yin yang corners, and make an extra layer use non-alkali fiberglass fabric or non-woven fabrics as reinforcing materials.

Layering brushing: use roller or scraper blade to brush equably, you may use small brush to brush the irregular.

Brush the second time when the last coating becomes dry, and the direction of the prior and the next coating should be vertical.

Surface course: use the roller that diluted with water to brush again to improve the effect of smooth.

Facade coating: sand some sands that grain diameter is about 2 mm sparsely before the last coating is dry, so that to strength the bonding force between the coating and the protective layer.

Protective layer: construct as designed after passing the acceptance inspection.

Reference dosage: 1.4kg/m²when the thickness is 1.0mm.

Cautions

The construction temperature shall be over 5°C, do not construct when it rains or snows.

When there is water, ash or surface dusting on the basic layer, dispose them before constructing the waterproofing layer.

Construct the protective and decorative layer after the coating becomes dry 3-5 days.

Maintain ventilation when working indoors so that the coating can dry well.

You may clean tools and clothing after construction.

Packaging and storage

Avoid insolating and freezing.

It must be stored at the temperature of 5-40°C.
