A: Certainly, there are two factories under the HOMEKEMP brand. One is Hangzhou Hao Fildes Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., and another is Shaoxing Homekemp Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd.. Both of the factories belong to HOMEKEMP that is able to offer you various bathroom cabinets, colorful shower enclosures, numerous shower rooms and massage bathtubs.

2. Q: Can I get some samples?

A: Sure. If you have a container in China, we would like to offer you some samples for your quality checking.

3. Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 25 working days to produce an order from MOQ to 40HQ container but the exact delivery time might be a little different for the specific orders.

4. Q: How does your factory control the quality of your products?

A: The Quality of every product is prior. Workers, managers and inspectors in our factory attach great importance to the quality control from the beginning to the end of the production. Each one is fully assembled and carefully tested before packed for shipment.

5. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container only if the quantity of each model is equal to or more than MOQ.

6. Q: Do you have any products in stock?

A: Usually, all the products should be made according to customers' requirements, and hence we have no products in stock.
