Dry Plaster 200

Description:

Dry Plaster 200 is cement based high quality, water and weather resistant plastering mortar in powder form. Dry Plaster 200 requires the addition of water on site. Dry Plaster 200 is specially formulated to provide coarse finish plaster to replace the conventional sand-cement render. Dry Plaster 200 can be applied using spray machine and can also be applied manually. Applying Dry Plaster 200 with spraying machines gives very high productivity and better adhesion compared to traditional application.

Composition:

Dry Plaster 200 is manufactured from carefully selected raw materials which include a blend of special high strength hydraulic binders, selected well graded fillers, and special additives to enhance workability, water retention and adhesionfor a lasting bond between plaster and substrate. Furthermore, they regulate the required application consistency, independent of whether the plaster is applied manually or by machine.

Surface Preparation:

Brick & block walls and concrete walls and ceilings are the recommended substrates that can be plastered with Dry Plaster 200. All substrates should be in a good and strong condition. All substrates should also be clean and free from any loose particles, dust, oil, grease, curing agents, or paint. If the surface is dry and in hot weather, pre-wet prior to the application of Dry Plaster 200 without leaving excess water. Smooth concrete surfaces should be mechanically roughened, and then spatter dash coat of Dry Plaster 200.

NOTES:

For commercial use only; this product contains Portland cement and is highly alkaline. The use of rubber gloves and goggles during mixing and application is recommended. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Do not applyDry Plaster 200at temperatures below 400ºF (50ºC) or to a frozen substrate. This product is not recommended for use in expansion or construction joints.

Dry Plaster 200Mortar must be stored in a dry enclosed area off the ground.

Provide protection against extreme weather conditions during the setting period.

Packaging Detail:Pitturalia Concrete treatment cement TC 500 is filed in 20 kg paper bags onto a pallet of 1500 kg. Product must be stored in a cool place and protected against humidity. Storage time should not exceed 12 months beginning with delivery.

Delivery Detail:5 - 10 days
