Field of application

· Suitable substrates: cement mortar, concrete

Range of application:

To be used for preparation of concrete, cement-lime and brick substrate before finishing.
May be used for filling small cavities, cracks and voids up to 5 mm deep. After drying up, building façade may be painted. May be used for inside finishing as well, including in humid areas (bathrooms, saunas, kitchens, etc.)
High adhesion, durability and plasticity, good grindability and general workability

Limits of use

· Not suitable to use on oil substrate

· Not suitable to shrinkable substrate

Substrate requirement

The substrate should be sound, dry, flat, clean and durable

Substrate preparation

· Clean the substrate until free from dust, oil, or any other stains

· When high temperature season or dry substrate, substrate should be wet one day before

Application

· Put 8.25 liters clean water in a bucket. Gradually add one bag (25 kg) of powder into water

· Mix properly until homogeneous and lump-free

· Leave the product for 5~10 minutes. Then mix the second time for 1~2 minutes

· Apply the 1st coat of product onto the substrate. When the finish is dry, apply the 2nd coat. Each thickness is about 0.5 ~0.6 mm

Ensure a flat, smooth and pinhole free coating

· Normally, after 24 hours (depend on weather and substrate), polish the surface

After that, apply the finish coating

Application environment

· Temperature: 5°C~35°C

· Avoid rain, high temperature and frost

· Avoid direct sunlight or strong wind

· May cause serious damage to eyes

· May be sensitive to skin in case of contact. lrritable for eyes, respiratory system and skin

· Keep out of the reach of children

· Avoid breathing the dust

· In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor
