A: All our sheets are roll formed to order and then cut on the line, this means you only pay for the material you require. Our machines can cut to the nearest millimetre and are accurate to a thousandth of an inch.

Q: What is the longest sheet you can make?

A: All our sheets are roll formed to order and then cut on the line, the only limits are transporting the sheets, which limits us to 12m, for smaller orders we recommend keeping sheets under 8m in length for ease of transport.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: We do not have a minimum order quantity, however small orders with fewer than 2000 running meters, will incur surcharges for the setting up of machinery. Each different profile and colour will also need to have more than 2000 linear meters, otherwise there will be a setup fee for each.
