Overview

In view of technology improvements and the demand for a newer, modern formwork system which requires the attributes of light weight, high strength, systematic and instrumental design, we have created a new type of construction formwork system --- the aluminum formwork system.. This new formwork is manufactured using aluminum alloy and improves on the weaknesses of existing formwork systems such as wood and steel based materials. Aluminum formwork system has a simple structure, is convenient to carry and withstand reasonable forces. In comparison with other formwork systems, aluminium has sufficient supply in the market and is more environmentally friendly.

1. The light weight formwork with a high load duty, can easily handled by an individual and assembled onsite, therefore the formwork can be easily dismantled, saving transport machinery and maintenance costs

2. Legitimate design, fine processing with very accurate measurements. The joints are tight, with smooth concrete surface.
