1. Earthquake Resistant

Our house is using the zinc plated panel and C type steel as its structure; the sandwich panel is assembled on it. It creates a very strong “Panel Rib Structure System” which has a much stronger earthquake resistant structure.

2. Wind Resistant

Our house has a lighter weight, but it has excellent rigidity/deformation ability and bears high strength. Comparing to the brick house, the same size house only has its 10% weight, but it resists 60m hurricane on every second.

3. Strength Bearing Capacity

To have a better strength bearing capacity, a special work has been done on the house wall and the roof. The bearing capacity is 100-200kg per square meter.

4. Durability

The sandwich panel is the main material. The best steel panel “Shanghai Baosteel” in China has been using to avoid rusty issue, and it enhances the house useful life.

5. Heat Insulation

The house wall and roof panels are all used the heat insulating material. The heat preservation function of our 75cm thickness wall is the same as 100cm thickness brick wall.

6. Environmental Protection

All the material is recyclable which protects our environment.

7. Convenience

The house can be easily assembled and disassembled, and it can not be influenced by the season and the environmental change.

8. Antirust Ability

PVC profile is used on the whole house; aluminum alloy material is used on the door and window. It enhances the house antirust ability.
