SELLER'S COMMITMENTS

ITEM 1.

1.1All Container Equipments, (Wall Panels, Joining Fittings, Ceiling, Floor),

1.2Door and window frames, glazing

1.3Electrical Installation And Sanitary Equipments As in drawings

1.4Floor Covering, (Pvc or ceramic tile in Shower and Eastern Style wc places),

1.6Packaging of Equipments,

1.7Loading of Equipments,

ARE ON ACCOUNT OF MANUFACTURER.

ITEM 2.

BUYER'S COMMITMENTS

Items that are mentioned below is only for sample case. Items that are not mentioned in the SELLER's commitments' section are on BUYER's responsibility.

2.1Customs clearances, transport(providing required vehicle loading container or truck) and insurance for transport,

2.2Supplying of Crane for Downloading Containers and for assembly if necessary

2.3Concrete foundation and slabs all excavation and filling works,

2.4Building earthing wire, UPS and data socket materials supply and installation,

2.5Heating and Chilling systems suplly and installation,

2.6Assembly,

2.7If required supervisor can be sent with a daily fee200$. In this case expenses for all accommodation (equivalent of two star hotel conditions), food, travel, (inland or abroad), personal accident insurance covering terror and war conditions fordangerous countries and visa of the Supervisor (In case where the supervisor has to stay more than 60 days, providing sufficient time for him to go home and come back in 7 days and covering all the necessary overseas costs for this. The supervisor will be sent after the goods have arrived to the work-site area. Working hours of the supervisor is 8 hours in a any given day and 6 days in a week.

2.8Unloading, storage, protection of equipment against all external/environmental impacts at building site and deficiency of equipments during the Works

2.9External line connections for all constructions, supply and installation.

2.10Electrical Power and site illumination for assembly, supplying of crane if the containers are multiple joined.

2.11Water heaters,

2.12Fire extinguisher,

2.13Furniture,

2.14Landscaping,

2.15Boundary fence & Gates

2.16Sewage treatment system

2.17VAT (Any kind of fees, taxes, etc...)

ITEM 3.

DELIVERY OF THE WORK

PAYMENT TERMS

Down payment for 50% of the total amount by order placement.

Cash payment for the rest (the other 50%) when the goods are ready for dispatching.
