Film Faced Plywood is Pine,Popar,Birch or Combi plywood coated on both sides with a smooth hard wearing phenolic film overlay.

1.the core of the board has Core bubble, when cut it ,it is easy to open

2. Th1ace of the film face plywood has carbide

3. The film paper hae surfs shedding,and delamination.

6.Why chose the LUCKYWOOD PLEX

1. we control .the moisture of the veneer strictly, in the rainy season ,we use veneer dryer, control the moisture of the veneer. It is controled within 12%.

2. when post. the core veneer ,we use Bevel grinding machine or finger jointed machine ,to reduce the overlap and gap

3. The film paper is imported from foreign .And the temperature of hot machine keep 140 degree above

4. Use WBP glue to cover the edge ,could increase the times of using.
