DESCRIPTION:

BAUMERK AD862is an admixture having powerful dispersing and deflocculating effect on cement particles. Its powerful plasticising properties dramatically increase workability .It does not contain chloride.Water reduction is between %10 to %20.

PROPERTIES:

BAUMERK AD862is used both in superplasticising and plasticising effect.Its specific chemical formulation gives very wide range in usuage . Water reduction is arranged by additional ratio. Powerful plasticising properties increases workability.The additional 0,4% of cement affects like a conventional water reducer, up to 1,3% of cement reacts like a superplasticiser. These properties is very important for the production of the concrete.BAUMERK AD862in this way can be considered as an economical admixture.

BAUMERK AD862also reduces vibrating sothat less labour for less time of concreting is achieved. It also affects bleeding of the concrete.WhenBAUMERK AD862is in corporated to increase the workability ,concrete can be placed and compacted easily and quickly. IfBAUMERK AD862is used with airentraining agents such asBAUMERK AIR, it increases concrete for freezing and thawing circle and protection from sea water penetration.

ADDITION RATES:

BAUMERK AD862is used 0,4% to 1,3% of the cement (0,4 kg –1,3 kg /100 kg cement).If second additive is necessary, each additive has to be added seperately.

PACKAGING:

BAUMERK AD862is available in 230 kg drums or bulk.

STORAGE:

BAUMERK AD862has to be protected from freezing.If it frozen, it should be thawed out slowly and re-mixed before use.Its shelf life is 12 months in manufacturers sealed drums.

BAUMERK AD862complies to the requirements ofASTM C- 494 Type B,D & G and EN 934-2.
