Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in construction projects such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling place erection etc. 2. Suitable for the preparation of normal, high-strength, superplastic, pumpable, flowable & auto-flowable concrete. 3. Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc. PROPERTIES. FEATURES & CHARACTERISTICS 1. Appearance: Dark brown powder or liquid. Non-poisonous, odorless, non-corrosive to steel bars. 2. As a condition of blending in which amount of cement and collapsibility are fixed aforehand, mixing water can be decreased by 8-25% when it is admixed at 0.3-1.5% with reinforced concrete. Compression strength is increased rapidly. Statistically, compression strength on the 28thday after single application is increased by more than 20% when it is added at standard blend dosage. As the result, the setting properties of concrete will be improved to some extent. 3. Improve miscibility of concrete amalgamator with water and collapsibility as well. As a condition of equivalent blending (i.e. water-cement ratio and amount of cement fixed), collapsibility can be increased by 12cm when it is added at standard blend dosage. 4. As a condition of blending which is preconditioned by equivalent collapsibility and strength, 12% of cement can be reserved when the agent is added at blend dosage. 5. The agent gives less crystallization in winter and surrenders smaller discounts of collapsibility in summer for seasonal reasons. Remarkable improvements of miscibility are shown when it is admixed at low blend ratio. Hence, flowability of net slurry is in a slight shade. Water reduction of sand slurry is more critical for quality control than any other parameter. It can be concluded that it is suitable for large ratio and low-dose preparation. RECOMMENDED BLEND DOSAGE The normal blend dosage ranges from 0.3% to 0.8% in line with strength grade and scope of applications. The blend dosage for high and even ultrahigh-strength concrete runs between 0.8-1.8%. The optimal blend dosage for powder is 0.75%. And the blend dosage for liquid is calculated on the dried basis. DIRECTIONS 1. Direst use of the powdery agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent can be followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%). The powder can be prepared accordingly and diluted to different concentration levels as required. 2. The liquid agent can be added straight or prepared accordingly and diluted to different concentration levels without surrendering any effect. The liquid agent is more powerful and effective than the powdery. 3. The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents to generate special application effects if experimental practice is mature. Combination with any viscosity enhancer must be omitted. PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE 1. For powder: Woven bag with plastic liner. Net weight:25kg±0.13 or 50kg±0.2 For liquid: Sealed plastic drums to prevent accidental leakage and evaporation. The material can be delivered or transported by tank car. 2. Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are transferred or delivered. When being contaminated by high humidity or moisture in case of leakage, it can be prepared in prescribed ways for further use without surrendering any effect. 3. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective for one year. After the expiration date, it can be used again if the testing results fall within the established range. |
