PRODUCT
Water reducing, normal plasticiser confirming to BS 5075 : 1982 Part 1, IS 9103-1999 and ASTM C 494 type A.

DOSAGE & PACKING
100 ml 250 ml of FAIRCRETE N per 50 kg cement. Optimum dosage is 150-ml/50 kg of cement.
1, 5, 20, 50, 100, 200 litre carboys.

Can be used in construction of beam, column, slab l Floor laying l Mass concreting

DIRECTION FOR USE
DOSAGE : Add most of the mixing water to the concrete mix FAIRCRETE N with the balance of mixing water & add to the concrete. The optimum dosage rate should be determined by site trials. The dosage rate is 100ml to 250ml per 50 kg cement. For large site jobs, dispensing equipment can be made used of. Dosage up to 300 ml / 50 kg has no deleterious effect.

DESCRIPTION
FAIRCRETE N is based on processed lignosuphonate and is supplied as brown liquid. Generally cement particles tend to clump together and FAIRCRETE N works by improving the dispersions of the agglomerates within the concrete mix which ensures that the cement is used more efficiently. Improves cohesion, reduces the risk of segregation and bleeding and reduces permeability. Increase in density will increase the durability and resistance to attack by aggressive agents corresponding to control mixes. FAIRCRETE N is a low cost water reducer which can be used to get one or combination of benefits.
I AS A WATER REDUCER :- (For increased strength) Reduction in the water cement ratio to maintain designed
workability increases strength. The concrete is also denser with lower permeability.
ii. AS A WORKABILITY AID :- Increased workability can be achieved by using FAIRCRETE N for a given w/c ratio
which will increase the flow characteristic of the concrete leading to easy placement, compaction and finishing .
iii. REDUCTION OF CEMENT IN CONCRETE :- FAIRCRETE N can be used to reduce cement content to the extent of 8-
10% by maintaining the specified strength and workability and reducing the amount of water required for the given mix.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
Colour : Dark Brown ; Chloride Content : Nil as per IS 456 & BS 5075 Part 1 ; Solid Content : 15% + 2.5% ; pH : 7.5 + 0.5 ; an be used with all types of OPC and high alumina cements. It can also be used in conjuction with other FAIRMATE COSNTRUCTION CHEMICALS provided they are added separately to the concrete.
TYPICAL TEST PROPERTIES :-
Grade of concrete : M20 ; Brand & Grade oc cement : Siddhi 53 grade ; Sand Zone : Zone IV ; Cement content : 280 kg/m³.

SHELF LIFE
Minimum 24 months if stored below 50⁰C in original containers and stored under shed.

HEALTH & SAFETY
FAIRCRETE N is non toxic, non flammable & splashed on skin should be washed by plenty of water. If contact with eye occurs wash well and seek doctors advice.
